I tried to bring a hand cart into the show a couple of years ago to haul out the planer I'd just bought. Security wouldn't let me in the hall with it, allegedly because of fire safety codes. I had to wait by the loading dock for them to bring it out to me.

I can kind of understand it. It was like Bourbon Street on Fat Tuesday at yesterday's woodworking show.
